Teaching
I teach at bachelor, master and doctoral level, in both German and English. My bachelor teaching covers Cost Theory, Introduction to Business Administration, and Financial Statements.
At master's level I teach Sustainable Island: European Sustainability Reporting Standards, and Quantitative Research Methods in Accounting and Finance — a course I designed myself as an introduction to independent empirical research. Several of its graduates have since gone on to begin doctorates. I also teach the Doctoral Research Seminar, which focuses on research methods.
